Hopkins Inspections, LLC. is family-owned and operated by Rick and Annie Hopkins. They are located in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks. So, your home town is their hometown. As a team they are committed to providing a service that offers attentive, well-trained inspectors and good, accurate information.
Rick Hopkins has spent his entire life in service to others. He has dedicated 32 years in the United States Air Force serving our country and now he is ready to serve you. Along his career path he has worked in the field of residential remodeling and new construction for various corporations, and has owned and operated a landscaping business in Arizona. Rick continues his interest in construction through home inspections. Rick is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi) and performs 24 hours of continuing education yearly.
Annie Hopkins has been a Registered Nurse for 22 years, caring for everyone from pediatrics to geriatrics. Along her career path, and fascination with architecture, she has designed new home layouts, remodeled and provided interior decorating. She is an artist and has sold her paintings around the Midwest area. She and her husband have raised 5 children; 2 of which are active duty military currently serving this country. They also love their fur-babies – 3 dogs named Athena, JuneBug and Marley.
They recognize how vulnerable home buyers are to unknown deficiencies in a home they are purchasing. They want their customers to know that they hold themselves to the highest home inspection standards possible.
